GPS - Never Get Lost Again With Satellite Navigation

When we travel, we tend to think of the destination, rather than the roads we take to get there. After all, who wouldn’t rather dream of the vacation as opposed to the hours spent in a cramped car with the kids asking every few minutes, “Are we there yet?”

But, the truth is, we have to know where we are to get to where we’re going. That is why having a Global Positioning System (more commonly called GPS) is so essential. This cyber map will always be aware of your movements and location, allowing you the security of never having to second-guess directions.

Families enjoy vacations at San Diego’s Warner Springs

Warner Springs Ranch had its beginning back when ranch founder John Warner was given 48,000 square acres just for becoming a Mexican citizen.

Of course, Warner had a little pull: he had married Anita Gale, who was raised as a ward of the soon-to-be governor of California. For a 37-year-old Connecticut native, Warner had done well for himself.

You haven’t been really low until you’ve been to China’s northwestern Xinjiang Uighur Autonomous Region. Here millions of years ago, geological fidgetings-about farmed a 69,000odd sq km basin at the foot of the Tien Shan mountain range. In the middle of the so-called Turpan Depression is Aydingkol Lake the deepest point of which lies 154.5 metres below sea level. That makes it second lowest place on the face of the earth, after the Dead Sea in Jordan
